Can't log into my PBE account

I have a feeling my PBE account is linked to a different email and i don't know how to change it. Whenever i use the email for main league account I don't recieve an email and I've tried all of my other emails and none work. But the thing is with the email it might be linked to is my old college email and it is no longer in use and i can't log into it. PLz help
