Please add another legendary item built from Chalice for damage dealers

Currently there is only 1 mana regen item that isn't intended for supports and that is muramana with a lousy 25% which is also not usable by a mage. I know there is and but RoA makes you weak early game and morello mana sustain is worthless if you are losing. Athene's is a good item but no one likes wasted stats, especially if it is a legendary passive.

There are 3 items that chalice could combine with to make a good AP/sustain item for magic damage dealers.
