Riot Reward ?

It will be nice, if RIOT does a little reward for players. I just want to ask , can u reward us skin , when we reach some mastery point with some champion , but not a little points , so u can do to us big reward , only if we play our favourite champion and we have at least like 150 or more games with him. It will be nice.. The mastery points must be huge to win a skin , so the players will countinue buy skins (players who dont want to play 2 months with 1 champ only) and in the same time the players who are wining mp and dont have money can take skin of their favourite champ
