why isn't jihn disable atm

just played a rank game against a john and got hit with the dc bug from his w and im jsut wondering why he isnt disable until this bug is fiz like its ruining so many games from this bug plus you still lose lp from rank when it happens. pretty disappointed since this makes me not have a fun time trying to close my league client when i couldnt even get out of my frozen screen from the bug.
