About the new conqueror

Hi riot, I can tell the new conqueror could make the game more balance since it is not only can be used by the bruisers. However, i think its a cancer runes. It seem like the old favor runes but now can be used on ap champs. Sound like you bring more op champ which can use conqueror than trying to balance the game and the rank games in this patch at least will experience the domination of champs which using conqueror. My suggestion is removing the true damage from conqueror. The true dmg was one of the reason why we see bruiser champs going bot last season. Bruiser with 1 offensive item can deal tons of dmg, even higher than a 2-items adc (and ofc they win a 1v1 against adc). The true dmg also causes leaking of tanker last season (Mal, Nau, Cho) because their amor mean nothing vs the true dmg. I've play league for 7 years, and see many change in the game. I hope my suggestion could make the game more balance. Thanks.
