How about adding a feature in league where you can change things?

I just had the idea, what if riot can add a feature in league of legends where a user can change everything. Champions, maps, skins, even the client like in Minecraft (i think) Allowing the users to change the new champion to the old one or current client to the old one. Some players miss old champions like old yorick, sion etc, some miss an entire season like s1 s2 s3 etc. I know it might be hard but i just want to put it out there.
