new buff

why not when towers get a kill say when some one gets ecuted by the tower they should get stronger , or another version a enemy dies in turret radius and they get a attack speed buff or somethign similar say like zyra ult passive on plants or varus passive or stacks and they get stronger permanently until destroyed
