"A summoner has disconnected"

Do I just have horrible luck, or are other people having issues with people disconnecting (for whatever reason)? This is mainly in ranked for me. Everyday since the season began I have had at least two matches where someone disconnected on my team. They either RQ, or dc'd because "of client issues" (not sure how legit this is.) Just curious if others are having this problem. It's cost me quite a few matches. I expect to have it happen here and there but like I said, it's happening everyday.
