Riot, do you have any plans for Ezreal right now? Let's face it, he's been overall nerfed this patch

Patch 5.18 to Patch 5.21

• Arcane Shift got his 50% Bonus AD ratio

He's maintained a 49-50% winrate, which is perfectly balanced, despite the lack of an useful W.

Patch 5.22 to Patch 5.23

• ADC rework
• Q cooldown imcreased to 6.5/6/5.5/5/4.5 seconds and Q cooldown refund on-hit increased to 1.5 second.
• E cooldown increased to 19/17.5/16/14.5/13 seconds.

His winrate just dropped to 46-47%.

And I'm not even going to mention Ezreal Middle...

Yeah, let's mention it.

Riot please, Ezreal has been severely nerfed with the ADC rework. No, not because Essence Reaver and Trinity Force give now 40% CDR means he's going to benefit from it. Let's face it. Ezreal was one of the few marksmen who wasn't dependant on crits, yet, his Muramana build route got nerfed a lot:

• Manamune price increased
• Trinity Force increased. All the stats Ezreal cared about got nerfed or removed (Less AD, no AP, less attack speed, less movement speed)
• BoTRK's on-hit passive got nerfed AND price was increased.
• Last Whisper now only works on BONUS Armor, making it a lot less effective against squishies, thus hurting his poke potential.
• Essence Reaver was reworked in a way that Ezreal now needs to buy crits in order for it to be useful.

Seriously Riot, Ezreal need some love right now and you know it. You even said it youself that if Ezreal appeared to be weaker than he was pre-5.22, you'd follow up on it very quickly. Now, I feel like every single ADC are better picks than Ezreal (maybe not ), and it's really annoying for me, who has been an Ezreal player since Season 3.

So Riot, I'll ask it again, do you currently have any plans for Ezreal right now?
