Player support takes weeks.

So im writing this because im bored of this [zombie-brand-mindblown] . So my friend stole my account,with alot of skins,and other stuff that's mine,and i wrote to Player Support,that i need help. Blitzcrank Bot came in,and he wrote ''Fill up the information,so we can make sure it's yours account''. So i filled up everything,and now im waiting,and already 4 days passed. I know Riot has alot of work,but i would not think that it takes so much days and so. [zombie-nunu-bummed] I hope ill get the reply soon.
