Team Finder "In Game" 5v5 or 3v3

Has there ever been talking of implementing a catagory in the game menu for Teams Recruiting?

Example: It would be great if there was a search function in game were you could search for 5v5 teams recruiting or 3v3 for that matter read a brief description of what the team is looking for and requirements and apply. 1. I am trying to think of a game that would of a similar function and the only ones I can think of are like MMO's like FF11 for example.
