Ranked Based on Champion Role

I really wish to also have ranked based on how good you play with this champion and rank the play style by analyzing the game play.

Instead of having mastery 5 mastery 6 mastery 7 and mastery scores for each champions. I see people know the champion mechanics and have their own play style when they are really good with the champ. I think there should be ranked for specific champion. I also see a bronze player beating a gold player when he's good at his mechanics with the champion.

When we have stats which say how do you stack up with your elo or other elo's when you play this champ. So Analyzing our play style we need to be placed a rank to each champs so people can have an idea how good is he with this champ.

What do you guys say? :) This would be a good deal for people not getting underestimated just by looking at his overall rank but as how well does this guy play with this champ makes game interesting.
