When Are SFX Going To Match Hitboxs?

Many abilities are visually missing, but actually hitting. This is a very large problem. Whoever is allowing this to happen needs fired and barred from the job indefinitely. This was never a serious issue the first couple years of League. What the hell? Why is this permitted to exist? It needs fixed.
