Unique Passive Displays for Clarity

I noticed how Phantom Dancer shows how much damage has been prevented by its unique passive and I appreciated that being visible to me. I really would like information such as this to be more common among items and their unique passives. It's hard to appreciate what some of these items do for you without that kind of data. So could we get similar tooltip data on items such as or ? Is this feasible?
