Honor Level

So I've been playing league all season and almost everyday and i normally play a few games and most of the time I am honored for something even if its just by one person. Well I've been stuck at honor level 2 checkpoint 3 since the start and its not gone up or down or anything im just curious how it works and when or if i ever level up [sg-janna]

Play less, you climb faster. I have an account that I barely play and every time I log it (once every week or 2) I hit a new honor checkpoint level without playing.
