Movement prediction BUG!!!!!

I have discovered that using the "Enable movement prediction" option in the "Gameplay" section in the game's Settings completely bugs the champions movement. Whenever i click to move with this setting enable my character seems to teleport constantly to my location, similar to "Flash." Both my ping and FPS remain constant, my ping at 42 and my FPS at 300. I discovered that by disabling the "Enable movement prediction" setting instantly fixed the problem but would like to make a post pointing out this very stressful bug that i am sure other players are having a problem with.
