Remake option needs to change.

Why does the remake option not just bring up the surrender option. Why is it just some yellow text that gets noticed by no one. Primarily because you hold on hope that before that is available the afk returns. and at that point which it is available, everyone is already distracted thinking about their own lane. And not about surrendering. It seems pretty logical that it should just pop up a surrender vote, I don't think i'm wrong here. And i feel it would be pretty easy to implement that change.
