Really simple, basic question for any Rioter on the Gameplay team to answer quickly

Will the support role get a new name change within this coming season?

Many months ago a Rioter asked the community for name suggestions for the support role. I can't find the thread since its months ago but I'm sure someone can provide that source.

I really hope you guys make the decision to change the name.

But nothing that was suggested was like "yeah! Thats totally awesome! That fits so much better than 'support'!"

It honestly all made it sound worse.

Yes, now supp will be called Trainer and adc Pokemon.
