Riot STOP putting unranked players on my team.

This started the game with no items he literally leashed me with no item, NEVER bought THE ENTIRE GAME and as i figured he was unranked i looked him up after the game. He couldn't even follow pings nor did he talk at all. I went 16 7 9 got about every dragon for my team your matchmaking system is ridiculous man the that versus him was actually decent and knew what he was doing. As an enemy i could see right off the bat he had a cognitive display of thinking and he ended the game for them. Its not fair to leave new players in the dirt like that man your tutorial should at least explain that is one the most important buys in the game period the way he played just tilted me the entire time i should be playing with SLIVERS not UNRANKED players pls fix riot this isnt right for this game.
