For the love of God don't nerf Zoe again

She's in a perfectly balanced state right now, if she gets nerfed again she'll be borderline unplayable. She has so many bad match-ups, she's NOT broken it's just that most of the players don't want to bother using their brains when playing against her (the same reason why people think new Akali, Yasuo, Zed & Fizz are broken champions)

If you get hit by her E, you deserve to die, period. And don't start complaining about how she can throw her E through walls, because there's a certain item in the game called "Control Ward" which you can use to reveal parts of the map.

also riot pls make more Zoe skins

Zoe doesn’t need nerfs, nor do I think they are actually gonna go through (cuz they were removed afaik), however ur way of reasoning this is and and explaining to the community absolutely incorrect and provocative/instigating.

Zoe is pretty balanced rn, however being hit by e doesn’t mean u deserve to die, it means Zoe deserves the right to try and offload all her damage onto you, with there still being ways for u to work around it. Which currently is the case. Buying MR (especially Merc boots) dramatically decreases the damage she’ll deal as well as the time she has to get it off in (since mercs reduces the duration of cc). Give helpful tips so people can work towards playing against her (something most of the community has actually learnt to do judging from the dramatic decrease in the cries to nerf her. But still doesn’t give you the right to instigate those that haven’t). Aside from “just dodging” her abilities you can play in the minion wave, and use them to ur advantage. The Q doesn’t travel through minions, thus u can use them as a barrier line, play parallel to them tho because the Q has a small splash radius. Playing close to the wave means that if ur hit by an E, u can use the wave to block the incoming Q. The shards she can pick up provide excellent points of attack, similar to draven’s passive since it shows u exactly where Zoe is gonna try to position; you can punish her for trying to get the shards and in effect, zone her away from them.

The dmg she deals isn’t usually enough to knock u out in 2 rotations unless she’s ahead of it’s late game, but that’s the same for most burst mages (without their ults... aside from lux lol.

You could build on ur point about a dmg nerf by comparing it to the nerfs she’s received before that did actually make her almost unplayable when she sat in the lowest tier (2nd lowest mid champ if I recall and even dipped to being the lowest for a short while).

Talking about suitable needs if it seems she really requires one would further bolster ur argument. These would largely target her W spell drop and collect effect since it’s already discussed why Q and E don’t deserve nerfs. Small things like decreasing the time a shard stays on the ground and the duration she gets to hold one... possibly also decreasing the damage of ignite, or scaling the item drops to scale with her level so she doesn’t immediately have access to the damage of completed item actives early.

Just pink ward the bubble bro

Here's how Zoe lanes go. She does not interact with you in lane at all, because she doesn't need to. She just needs to know how to safely shove.

Once she gets her W, there are times when not only is she uninteractive because she's afk shoving, but she's also uninteractive because you can't go up to the creeps or she'll hard outtrade you.

Once she hits 6, she has the potential to 100-0 you. A lot of assassins do as well. But here's the thing.

-Assassins generally pay for it by being melee, easy to poke down, or by being susceptible to jungle ganks -Assassins have significantly lower uptime on their all in windows. Fizz all in, while shorter relative to all other champions, still is on a ~90 second CD because he's reliant on his ultimate. Zoe's relies on a good summoner spell and her R to reposition. That's pretty ubiquitous for an all in. -Zoe can attack you from all sorts of angles due to her E's wall range, and R. -Zoe can do this, safely, every 12-15 seconds, even if it doesn't go smoothly.

Against most champions, the idea is you need to do one of the above. -Out-roam -Out wave-control -Out-trade -Out-poke

The champion throws away all logic of wave control in half+ of her matchups, out-pokes you, has those pokes turn into all ins that are stronger than most poke mages' all ins, and can out-roam you because you're forced to take safe routes to not get hit by her all in/bubble on your way there, what are you supposed to do? Dopa recognized it. Most casters and players in the pro scene recognize it. Why can't the average player see that?

But God forbid she gets nerfed because she dishes out this damage via skillshot

Zoe is what happens when a champ who was reworked for having an unbalanceable kit element has the said element not only brought in all of its glory, but have the descendant that takes it up be also a few times more broken than their source of inspiration by having all of her other entire design be the antithesis of Riot's design philosophy.

She has it all: 1shots that are inherently low risk high reward (which was the reason why Nid's Q was reworked), arguably the most obnoxious RNG possible in a League setting (more so than even Kleptomancy even as a concept), passive overload (can you imagine a champ's passives are so overloaded, they have basically the same AA passive TWICE in the same kit and stack-able with each other?), an a mindblowingly insane case of overloading on her NORMAL SPELL E that was so overloaded at launch it was basically 2-3 ultimates tied together, weird and malicious power-budgeting that somehow justifies giving ulti a weaker spell by making EACH AND EVERY SINGLE OF HER NORMAL SPELLS HAVE MORE BUDGET THAN A STANDARD ULTI (not even someone like Udyr who quite literally has no ulti has this insane of a problem with budget distribution), and the said "weaker" ulti's sole existence is to nullify the 1 and only counterplay placed on Zoe's toxic-beyond-tomorrow kit (and its supposed "weaker" somehow justifies it having basically no CD, because why fucking not at this point).

The design is completely malicious. It's as if someone was only interested in gaming the champion creation process and making a champ as broken as possible while pretending the design makes rational sense (but ofc as stated, those reasoning can be observed as highly contrived and cynical), than actually produce a champ that makes gameplay sense.

Zoe is the biggest design failure League of Legends can possibly make, with no contest, because she embodies basically everything that shouldn't exist in a League champ all on herself. Champs like Zoe should not have existed. The kit is so much of a problem even as an idea, the fact her kit even made past the drawing board is something Riot's design team should be ashamed about.
