@Meddler Could Pantheon's Heartseeker Strike do Full damage to Jungle mobs or at least a bit more?

It would be really nice to be able to play him Jungle sometime, but with everyone out clearing you he feels super bad and can't keep up or really do anything .

Just a small buff like this would be nice since i don't feel like it would affect lane pantheon too much but helps JG pantheon
