I just won a game with my friend, game went really well but then we noticed everybody won only 10 Lp, and my other friend won as well 11 Lp in another game, so is this normal Riot , because i should be in my promos instead of having 90 lp.

either you are horrible mmr or much rarer cases it could be a result of a ranked shutdown that gave the other team loss prevented; which lowers your lp gain on a win. and prevents any lp loss on defeat. but its been quite a long time since i have seen that happen... I'm sure people would have posted about it here if ranked got shut down and they enabled loss prevention.
