Are Reworks forgetting about Skins?

I love Riots Reworks, but I cant help but be scared for what they will do to Warwick. I love Riots 975 skins. They bring just enough to make it seam like its something new. But when Riot Reworks a champ, they tend to forget about the past skins that the character had. Currently Warwick has three skins that are priced at 975. But what is currently making me want to buy them? Feral Warwick because of the way he looked and moved like a feral beast. Hyena Warwick because it was practically a 1350 skin His laugh was different, he laughed like a hyena when he ult-ed, and when he was hunting people down, he had looked crazed when he had 'blood scent' active. Then we have Fire Fang Warwick who is just on fire. I would like to see Riot do what they have neglected to do in the past. What do I mean? Well, let me put it this way.

I have been watching the reworks carefully ever seance Riot announced the Warwick Rework. I looked over reworks in the past and the ones that they are doing now and I've noticed a common theme. They completely leave out anything special for the 975 skins.

Granted they added Ryze's Cannon fire animation for his Q on Pirate Ryze. And changed the visual effects on the skins to match the theme, but they gave the same recall animation to all of his skins. If we look back to last year, Riot gave Gangplank different recalls for his different 975 skins. And that's about it. None of the other skins have Recalls based on their price. Poppy, I love the girl but her skins don't feel unique,If you were to look at Default Poppy, then look at Noxis Poppy, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. The ability colors are the same, the only thing that would be different is the golden shield (or chocolate bar) and her Golden ult. There is nothing separating the skins apart from a barely visible model change. Shen is the same way.

Yes, he has a series of sick skins, and each one is different than the last. Sure Shen has the same ghostly blue sword behind him, but at least we can see that it is visibly different from the other skins he has. But it also comes down to the fact that Shen doesn't have any Recalls or special particles for his 975 skins.

Taric sighs dreamily had the same issue, even if it wasn't major. His Bloodstone skin was just a particle tint on everything but his heal, which is understandable. But now we have the Yorick Rework out and once more, I'm impressed with the outcome, he looks great! Yet, the only skin that has any change in it is in his Pentakill skin, particle wise.

Why is Riot not Treating the existing 975 skins like they are out putting now? I understand that it takes an extremely long time to rework a champion but keep it familiar to the old champ. But why not impress us even further with making the old 975 skins Worth 975 instead of something that looks like a well polished 750 skin.
