Qss/Merc Scim Change Suggestion

I think that changing the active on both qss and merc scim is not a good idea, but if you guys wanted to make champs with ults that can be qss'd feel less gimped, a good idea might be to have the live merc scim active on merc scim, and the PBE qss active on qss. Just my two cents.
