I really don't understand what I did wrong this time! I had a pretty good amount of CS. I died once and got 14 kills! What did I do wrong that stopped me from getting an S?
You had an assist as Draven. The game recognized your incompetence to secure all of the kills, and decided not to give you an S.
118 cs on an adc in 20 minutes is bad, that is under 6 a minute. Csing well is better than hammering in kill after kill especially on a champion like draven, and especially if most of those 14 kills were against the same people, like if 8 were against bot lane. Also the number of towers you helped kill and kill participation count as well as your damage for the game. But I guess the biggest reason you didn't get at least an S- was because you were 16-21 cs too low at 20 minutes.
I really don't know if they take into account game time or not. But I've noticed I can have stupendous results on quick games and not get near the grade I thought I should, whereas longer games games where quite frankly I was mediocre get on average better grades.
Maybe place a ward or 2 . Supposedly really good players can get 100 cs in 10 minutes so you could also try that.

However, I know what you mean. I had a game where my support Sona got an S- with 10/9/29 and 24 CS. She built 
. Please tell me why she got an S- with a build like that. 70% CDR seems like something that should instantly take points off your score since you clearly do not know what you are doing regardless of how quickly you can spam QWE in a team fight.
Oh, and she built the sightstone part of Eye 41 minutes into the game. 41 MINUTES? Really??? Why reward this person when they don't get the point of support?
