Can we rework the Death recap system?

Apparentally an ashe once killed me with Warwicks passive, and once a Zilean did 68 magic damage to me with his E.

Almost as weird as when that Syndra killed me with a galio ult (there was no galio in the game).

Can.. can we fix this so i can accurately complain about Syndra oneshotting me?
