Riot, it is clear that you do not care about balance. Which is ironic, here is why.

I won't waist your time ranting about how poor/overwhelming some champions kits are. Some of the older champions who have not had much in the way of reworks do not count, I will give Riot some benefit of the doubt as far as learning phase with champion kits but it has been over 6 years and I will simply demonstrate how terrible they are at game balance, Ryze. I shouldn't have to say anymore. Here is where the irony comes in. They are such fanboys about the professional level of game play. Yet they knowingly allowed Ryze to be played as was with his last rework when everyone knew he was obscenely overwhelming. And surprise, surprise he was used to win last years worlds. There are plenty of other champions that are just stupid in some way or another. Irelia, Swain, Vladimire, Yasuo (his rediculous passive) but Ryze takes the cake. You should be ashamed of yourselves RIot Dev team. You know NOTHING of balance.

I think they're doing a pretty good job personally, considering they have to try to balance 132 champions with 5-7 abilities each and 100+ items. In every game with different characters, you'll always have some unbalance. It's not really possible to perfectly balance everything while still making each champion feel unique.

Ryze is balanced..every champion has counter. For instance, ryze has one of the shortest ranges of all the mages.

I used to complain about balance myself, but honestly consider trying to balance items around 100 some odd champs, but let's say they achieve balance, a meta would inevitably form for winning the game and it would be quite stale in my opinion. I will admit when champs are "broke" like sona and Lucian were it's quite annoying but I would much rather the meta shift than remain the same, but also just my opinion
