Why do so many gameplay posts jump off the deep end so fast?

I'll see a post like "please nerf X champion" The author will give great reasons, great suggestions, and then the last half of the paragraph/post is just a huge rant on how terrible riot is and list a bunch of champions who are non issues and scream favoritism.

Jesus christ. I really want to upvote some people's posts but I just can't because the author goes from well reasoned individual to loony in .2 seconds.
