Because of her Win Rate? Yeah, no. You people need to look at function rather than form.
And what was her ban rate in pro play and high elo?

Considering that 
was still a new champion, and one that some would consider "Hard" to pick up...having 50% win rate is very strong. Also she was dominating the LCS to the point that she was pick/ban and basically carried quite of few of the games just by herself...Also one shotting carries without even using her E which again happened at the LCS where you can't pull the "You just suck at dodging" when even pros are getting smashed by it.
And yes I know LCS and Solo que are different, but they do balance the game around both so if a champion is heavily dominating LCS, chances are that they'll get nerfed even if the champion does poorly in Solo Que...I mean just look at

Hilarious people are downvoting this. People still aren't even happy when she's the lowest winrate champion in mid by like a 5 or 6 percent difference.
Absolutely unreal. Azir and ryze now have something like a 6 percent lead on her.
IMO her win rate and damage were never really her problem. Her problem comes from her play pattern. She had really good wave clear from super safety and never did anything unless she landed a hard cc with no counter play because of the safety and ease of her clear. Also the fact that the cc was broken(could not cleanse or qss the debuff) which they fixed combined with the 1 shot POTENTIAL made her a game play issue. Until the play pattern is resolved i have no problem with her being dumpstered.
She was the definition of a broken champion, NOT a OP one.
Zoe is supposed to be a hard to master champion. To have a 50% win rate off the hop IS a bit extreme. She was also very unfun to play against in lane.
They gutted her this patch, unfortunatly, but they are already looking to add some power back into her kit. This way she can be fun to play as and fair to play against.
