Someone complaining either that 1: There main was banned 2: Didn't ban the enemies "broken" champ 3: When someone spends the rest of the game typing about someone going afk then actually playing 4: ^ Same thing.... 5: When someone complains that people keep dodging.
sounds like whining to me
