Can we talk about game modes Riot?

What the hell happened ? Where are the game modes that we were supposed to get every two weeks? As far as i know you only talked about this "evil,bad,money-losing,not funny,shit" game mode called URF and that it will only be available twice a year,i know you have a problem with URF but what happened to all the other game modes? Are they coming back regularly again? Last time i played Ascension was over half a year ago...
