Question about blue essence and Mastery post patch

Hi,

So I was scrounging around, but I couldnt find anywhere how the price for mastery 6 and 7 is going to be changed after the big update, I assume its just going to be multiplied 6,5 times like the essence itself, but Id like confirmation.
