puppeteer NEEDS to be added to this game

this item is the only solution to immobile champions being kited to death in later parts of the game. There is just no possible way for us to stick to champions through all of the peel/slows/stuns/low CD dashes ect.

If we had an item that gives you a 250 unit pull it could really help, and the stats could be reworked into something more bruiser-y instead of giving supports another item.

This item was only available in black market brawlers but needs to be an actual thing like deadmans plate.
