Can we please change our summoner icons in champion selection?

There are so many icons nowadays and it would be great if we can change it in the lobby instead of only equip icons before we queue up.

Sometimes I forget to change my icon for missions (I don't think we should be forced to use a select icon pool anyways but that's another topic) and I feel kinda bummed if I miss out on mission quests or whatnot because I don't want to dodge to reequip my icon. Also I like to change my icons based on whimsy in champion selection or if I am trying to match it with a champion or skin and I didn't plan it in advance because sometimes I don't know which champions I will play from either bans or ARAM matches.

Either way, it would be nice to have the option to equip icons in champion selection.
