Why is Zhonyas/Stop watch still bugged after YEARS?

This has been going on for so many seasons and has never been addressed.

Zhonyas or Stop watch just randomly decide to not work (by randomly i mean i dont know what causes it.)

I can be in the middle of a fight with no CC of any kind on me and smashing the key to activate it and i end up standing there with nothing happening.

This has been going for as long as I can remember and i started at the very end of season 3.

I know this has been reported in the past but nothing has ever been changed, it will still fail to activate for some off reason.

Instead of pushing out cash grab updates how about fixing some bugs once in a while? I have a long list you can start on.
