What if? Kalista Change

What if Kalistas Passive had a mana cost associated to it? mobility is the single most valuable thing in the game, and have basically unlimited mobility at no cost is pretty OP. I believe this change could allow for some buffs or tweaking in other areas to make her alot more balance and fun to play as and against in the future.

Giving it either a flat amount or even a % max amount could be a good step in the right direction for kalista.
