Punished for leaving bot riddled matches

Will riot ever do something about the bots on the co-op vs ai matches that our on your own team? I just got so mad I left a match because for the third time in a row I was paired with two bots in TT. Whats the deal with these game modes? now I have to sit around and wait for two teams of bots to finish a game before I can do anything. Getting real close to uninstalling the game :\
