Blind Pick - Last Pick Preferred.

Can we have a toggle that lets us 'ask' to be a later pick when being placed in champion select? Or the option to change champ select position with an ally if they agree? I prefer filling in the gaps rather than ending up with full AD teams or a troll that picks Yasuo and forces our mid laner to support because he demands mid.
