Matchmaking in ARAM

I'm a casual player because I'm on call 24/7 so I can only really play ARAM. This game is already dying and when I can only win 6 of my last 20 games because people afk or leave halfway or the enemy gets a stacked team constantly or they're Diamond level and I'm with other casual players it's even less fun. Is Riot ever gonna work on ARAM again? The last update I remember was making the map snowy. I can't even enjoy a supposedly fun casual game mode because I just constantly lose with a B+ to S score (don't even know what's associated with scoring in ARAM but I'm apart of most of my teams kills and objectives). Like, I get you're supposed to have fun cuz it's RNG but if the games are so fast you can't even ff and the enemy is at your Nexus at the 10 minute mark and you barely scratched their first turret for 6 out of 20 games it defeats the purpose of "fun RNG" because I can just expect to get stomped before I can finish a second item. Please work more on your game, I've been a fan since 2011 and it sucks not being able to play the same anymore and that it's dying but stuff like this is why people go down to ARAM and eventually leave.

I know the feeling of only being able to play a couple games. Honestly, I only care about afks and queue dodgers. Unlucky comps happened. I've been smashed multiple times in a row due to bad comps, it just happens, and something you have to just accept. I don't see being matched against people of different rank to be an issue. I've seen plenty of people with diamond and plat borders be the reason we lost by doing stupid things, and I've been against and with people in Masters and challenger who give no impact to who wins.
