The Toplane Nerfs

I cant understand how those champions are getting nerfed. When i play againts them again the deal more than the suspected dmg. Urgot just uses his passive and thats enough for him. Jax nerfed Q sure helps when he still just counterstrikes everything and at the same time is tanky hybrid bruiser. Aatrox lands only a single Q on me yet still does A LOT of dmg with his passive sure he needs to land his Q but to kill me with the land of a single in laning phase? Akali's nerfs werent even real nerfs it was actually just a joke from the looks of it.Lot of people say jungle is the most broken lane right now but my opinion is on toplane. Champion nerfs that dont even change anything. Everything is the same and some of those champs dont even need to hit their abilities anymore
