Can you change Lux's shield to something else if we're leaving it as it is in the latest PBE?

The first Lux W nerf had already made it noticeable weaker. It had lost 30% of its base value, which is significant, specially for support Lux. The new nerf is over-the-top and makes it a completely useless ability that does nothing other than self-root. It still doesn't give the whole shield instantly and it still has an slow projectile speed. If the current PBE goes live, Lux might as well only have 3 abilities. Can you just give Lux an extra AOE damage ability so she can actually wave clear?
