Legit every game someone has dc and cant reconnect.

This is not funny i dont know why but in my recent streak of games someone has gone afk then they try reconnect but fail over and over and over again.

I cant tell if this is something on my end or just a really bad run but its been repeating in all my games. I might lag a bit but i never dc im fine, but legit all my games someone else has dc.

Is this on my end? or riots server? because this has lost me so many games so far and im getting very annoyed.
