Iverns Q is way too easy to dodge.

Seriously. Whenever I'm playing Ivern, I have like a 3% success rate with his Q because its way too easy to dodge. It's not that I'm bad at him. It's just that it's an extremely slow ability that people have a lot of reaction time for. Let's compare it to other cc abilities supports have (with the exception of Morgana): Q takes perhaps 0.6 seconds to go the full length of the skill Q is literally faster than Caitlyn's auto attacks Only slightly faster, but has a much bigger hitbox and can be canceled early to put the AoE wherever you want it Her ultimate can't even be called a skillshot with this speed. E is completely immediate, Q is barely delayed

The list goes on but you get the point. Iverns Q needs faster speed.
