Need A Kick Option At Ranked Champ Select

Had a Mid Laner who insta locked in Jinx, took cleanse, and intended to go AP in a ranked game. Decided to take one for the team and dodge, but of course, I'm the one who gets punished. I don't mind different as long you test it out in norms first and it works, but obvious troll is obvious. I think a kick option would be nice for situations like this or in cases when people start being toxic right at champ select.
