A Change to stop the Champ Select Trolls

Yesterday I was about to play a Ranked game and I was first pick I took top lane Irelia second pick took thresh, third picked something else, Then fourth pick took Janna support, and said "Oh my bad I wasn't paying attention" So we politely asked him to dodge because he was the one who picked wrong. He responded with "No Im good F*** you" -_-, So I ended up dodging because some scumbag decided to troll. So My idea is we add a system that Makes it so a Majority Vote can disband a Champ select so no one has to wait and that person is added to everyone's ignore list so they don't get in another queue with that person.

I realize This Idea may not be perfect so Please give any other ideas you have.

Also Idk if this is the right board because champ select is technically gameplay.

It can be really abused especially in higher elo. People can disband teams with bad team comps or for any reason. It is impossible for Riot to control such a system hence why people would abuse it.

This idea has been stated many times. Not that their is anything wrong with saying it again. If you do a search you will find other posts about it.

I agree that trolls should be counterable (XD ) but this is also essentially saying for most players, "the meta must be enforced!" so basically if not a gnar or other bruiser/tank top, an ekko mid, a sej/gragas jungle, jinx ADC and thresh support

a team vote of 1 for and 0 against if it goes unnoticed (and uses the same system as surrender) would disband the match

I can see it now "due to a recent bug with the newly implemented disband feature, we have temporarily disabled the feature. We will continue to work on this issue and return it to game play as soon as possible" real reason, trolls found a bug that causes the team to disband if the disband vote is active just before the match start XD
