Ezreal needs more buffs to be viable.

He doesn't fit anywhere right now. He used to be the lane bully, but now he gets outbullied by pretty much everyone. His early game isn't strong enough to warrant his not so great late game.

Also, for some reason his attack range feels a lot shorter than it is. He has 550 attack range, but I always feel like I'm JUST not in range to auto attack... or his weighted slow attack animation makes me cancel. I'd suggest speeding up his attack animation so the attack flies out earlier.
