Since she doesn't get knocked out of stealth from damage anymore, she can play mindgames with enemy constantly, and reliably regen mana. She will earn gold much faster in mid compared to jungle and can snowball and affect the game much more than jungle. Farming with Hate Spike is easy cheap and reliable, and with sheen, last hitting is very easy. She can also take Ignite/Flash to secure kills on the enemy ADC. But certain matchups are bad since she is melee with no CC. If she's picked into a favorable matchup, she can dominate the lane and then the match.

Champs to pick into : Skillshot reliant champs & Melee champs. All can be beaten by Eve mid easily. You can dodge their basic combo, then W in and poke and run back. If they use spells to farm at any point, immediately rush in with W, E, then Hatespike spam while your W lasts. With sheen and revolver, your burst is insane. Now whenever you stealth they will back off. If they play too defensively, gank top or bot.

Champs to avoid : Point and click champs / heavy push champs / high CC champs / high burst champs : . However, these matches are still easily winnable by simply ganking with your jungler and then coming back to lane 2/0 and just stat checking them out of lane.
