Que dodging times

OK i have a huge issue with que dodging time penalties, 6 minutes is too long for the first dodge. The first one should honestly be free of penalty because a lot of the times dodging is not intentional. The second time penalty literally adds 24 minutes to the original 6. Like are you kidding me with that right now 30 minutes cause you dodged a game before it even happened. A 24 minute jump is is like a simple flue turing into stage four melanoma cancer. It needs to be changed because it is ridiculous. I know no one from riot is actually going to see this but I needed to rant about it.
