Can't use Minimap

I tried to change some settings so I could use left click as my (A + Click) attack move and when I did that the tutorial encouraged disabling some sort of setting that disables the minimap for some reason. I changed it back a week later and now 6 months later I still can not use the minimap to quickly check bot lane when I am top or such. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!
