I'm losing all of my placements to AFK feeding S8 Diamond team mates with 30-35% win rate

What the actual fuck is going on with this season? Where did these players even come from?

These matches are supposed to be the most important of the season, but they're completely over within the first 5 minutes due to circumstances completely outside of everyone but the feeders' control.
